Coors Light History
1873
Adolph set up a shop in Colorado aged just 21. He tapped into the local resources, just like a covert agent, and used the mountain water to build his first brewery.
1874
Not only did little Adolph know how to brew a good beer, but he knew how to sell it too. He shipped it by train and wagon to thirsty miners in the hills. In less than a year he turned a tasty profit.
1959
Adolph may not be around anymore, but Coors lives on. They introduced the industry's first all aluminium two-piece can. Whatever the hell that is. Perfect for cooling steamy body parts. They launched a recycling campaign
too by offering a penny for every can returned to the brewery. They did this a whole decade before it became standard practice.
1978
Coors created the ultimate in Rocky Mountain refreshment - Coors Light. A mighty celebration is enjoyed. Why wasn't I invited? Someone will pay. And pay hard.
1991
Coors Light is available in every state in America. Wow friends. Wow.
2004
Coors Light launches a new website? Are you joking? You actually want me to say that? I've got to go, sorry man.
The story continues
Cold beer lovers in Tokyo, Barcelona and Stoke-on-Trent can get the crisp, cool taste of the Rockies, because Coors realise these things called "planes" exist and if they sell Coors in other places, they'll make more money. Incredible.
