I can’t find/read the unique code on my pack– it’s incomplete / missing. What should I do?

Consumers should email if they are experiencing issues with their code. Consumers should keep their pack as proof until they receive a response as this may be required to assist in resolving their issue.

I entered my unique code on the website and it is unrecognised or used – what do I do?

1.Ensure that you have entered the unique code correctly. If you have entered the unique code incorrectly, try again. Any code entered with other text will not be recognised.

If consumers enter their details, will they receive information from Coors Light for other promotions?

To enter the promotion, consumers will be required to enter their contact details and address details. The mandatory details requested to enter this promotion are full name, email address and telephone number. Further details will be requested if a winning URN is entered in order to complete prize fulfillment. However, they will not receive any future marketing from Coors Light or Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Ltd. unless they 'opt in'. All information submitted will be kept securely and processed for the purpose of this promotion only. We do not pass on consumer information to third parties.

Do I need to keep my pack as proof of purchase?

Winners should keep the packaging that containing their winning code as this may be required to validate their entry.

What happens if an email address or contact details are entered incorrectly or there was a technical issue with the web page?

No details entered can be amended due to incorrect entry or system failures.

If I am a winner, what happens next?

Winners will be asked to select their prize on-screen from the list of experiences available, depending on whether they are a Tier 1 (European Experience) or Tier 2 (UK Experience) winner. Winner’s will receive an email containing details of how to redeem their prize within 7 days of entry.

Where can I find full details of the prizes?

If I am a winner, how long do I have to claim the prize from date of winning?

All prize packages listed are valid until April 2016. Where after alternative packages may be offered.

All prizes are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Date of issue is defined as the date in which winners are initially notified. After 12 months from date of issue, the prize will be void.

Are there any restrictions for these prizes?

•Each prize is valid for 2 people unless otherwise stated.
•Prizes may not be taken over Christmas, Easter and all Bank Holidays.
•Activities will have age, weight, height and health restrictions – these will be discussed with winners individually but there are experiences available for everyone.
•Prizes available are the items stated only. All other costs or expenses relating to the prize (including, but not limited to, for example, transport to and from London) are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.
•The winners and guests for European adventures are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports (valid for at least six months from departure date of travel) & any other visas or other documentation required.
•Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered in whole or in part, except in circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value and/or through another travel provider.
