      No delay or decision not to enforce rights under these terms and conditions will constitute a waiver of the right to do so and will not affect rights in relation to any subsequent breach.

    19. Governing law

      These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales and each of us hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

      WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME. THE NEW VERSION WILL BE POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE AND WILL TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING.

      IF YOU USE THE WEBSITE AFTER THE NEW TERMS AND CONDITION SHAVE COME INTO EFFECT, YOU WILL BE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

      THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLY TO COMPETITIONS ON THIS WEBSITE.

      COMPETITION RULES

      1. Age and residency restrictions

        Competitions are only open to individuals who are aged 18 years or over and who are resident in the UK. By entering the competition you confirm that you meet these entry criteria.

      2. Staff and connected persons restrictions

        Employees and other staff working for Molson Coors (UK) and their agents, families and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are excluded from entering.

      3. Entry restrictions and ownership

        Unless specifically stated, only one entry per household per competition is permitted. All entries and all rights in them shall be the property of Molson Coors (UK) absolutely. Entries will not be returned unless stated otherwise for the particular competition. Proof of eligibility to enter the competition may be required.

      4. Competition registration

        We may require you to register in order to enter a competition. Entrants who provide inaccurate details may be disqualified.

      5. Required purchases

        Unless specifically stated, no purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

      6. Unacceptable entries

        Fraudulent, illegible, multiple or incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified and Molson Coors (UK) will have no responsibility for entries that are not received before the competition deadline specified.

      7. Assessment of skill

        The judges decision in determining winning entries in all competitions shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

      8. Prizes

        Prizes are allocated randomly from correct entries received unless stated otherwise for the particular competition. Prizes are expected to be as stated but if any prize is unavailable, Molson Coors (UK) may provide an equivalent prize of at least equivalent value. No cash alternative will be given unless expressly stated otherwise for the particular competition. Molson Coors (UK) has no liability for the quality of prizes provided by third parties.

      9. Notification of winners

        Winners will be notified by phone or email after the closing date of the competition and will be informed of how and when to claim their prizes. A list of winners can be obtained from Molson Coors (UK).

      10. Publicity

        Competition entrants agree to their name, region and photographs being used in publicity materials in any media (including on Molson Coors (UK) websites and those of any competition partners) anywhere in the world.

      11. Law

        All competitions are operated under the laws of England and Wales. Molson Coors (UK) does not accept responsibility for compliance with the laws of any other country and gives no assurances that prizes are lawful or appropriate in any other country and will have no liability for such.

      12. Withdrawal of competition

        Molson Coors (UK) reserves the right to withdraw, alter or suspend any competition for legal or technical reasons without any liability. Molson Coors (UK) will notify withdrawal or suspension of a competition by posting notice to that effect on the website as soon as reasonably possible.

     

    UK Ice Cave T&Cs

     
    1. By booking or attending the Event (as defined in paragraph 5), you agree and you shall procure that any guest agrees, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    2. Maximum number of places per booking is 8 (eight) persons. Only 1 (one) booking can be placed per person. Bookings are subject to availability. Promoter reserves the right to cancel any bookings where we have reasonable cause to believe have been made in excess of the maximum booking number or otherwise in breach of these terms.
    3. No purchase necessary to place booking.
    4. Booking confirmations and issued wristbands have no monetary value and must not be exchanged for cash, auctioned or used for commercial gain.
    5. The event will take place at The Riverside Museum, 100 Pointhouse Rd, Glasgow G3 8RS from Friday 19th May 2017 until Sunday 28th May 2017 (the “Event”). Bookings can be made for one hour slots between the hours of 12.00hrs to 22.00hrs. The Event will not be bookable on the 27th & 28th May as the Event will form part of the Riverside Festival on those dates and will only be available to those who have Riverside Festival tickets. It will operate on a first come, first serve basis. Bookings and slots are subject to availability. Event is subject to licensing approval.
    6. No persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) years will be permitted to attend the Event or place a booking. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to check the age of their guests. The Promoter operates a challenge 25 policy at the Event upon entry and when serving alcohol. All attendees must be able to provide photographic proof of identity and age. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry and/or refuse to sell any alcohol to any person who is unable to provide such photographic proof of identity and age.
    7. Only persons with a valid wristband will be admitted into the Event. You and your guests must wear a valid wristband at all times during the Event. Any persons unable to show a valid wristband upon request will be required to leave the Event.
    8. You and your guests must arrive on time. Those who arrive 30 minutes or more after the booking slot will not be permitted into the Event and will not be entitled to rebook.
    9. There is no readmission to the Event once you and/or your guests have left the Event except in limited circumstances at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
    10. Prohibited Items: the Promoter reserves the right to prohibit within the Event - (a) items which are or may be illegal. Anyone found in possession of illegal or contraband goods may also be liable for prosecution; (b) weapons, ammunition, explosives, horns, whistles, drums, fireworks, flagpoles, large umbrellas or any other item which in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption to the event or to other visitors (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes).
    11. You may not be permitted into the Event, or may be ejected from it, and required to surrender any wristband or booking you hold, if you refuse to leave a Prohibited Item (see paragraph 10 above) with stewards or security or refuse to be searched or if, in our reasonable opinion, you or your guest’s behaviour or any item you or your guests are carrying:
      (a) poses a health and safety risk;
      (b) affects the enjoyment of other visitors;
      (c) affects the running of the Event;
      (d) may cause damage to or interfere with the property of the Promoter or event organisers;
      (e) is in breach of these terms;
      (f) is illegal;
      (g) may lead to a breach of any licensing conditions applicable at the Event; or
      (h) is in breach of any rules and regulations exhibited on notices at the Event, including but not limited to:      
      (i) entering any back of house or prohibited areas
      (ii) standing on seats or in walkways
      (iii) climbing on the building structure
      (iv) throwing any objects or substances
      (v) smoking (including electronic vaping).

      Any illegal possessions will be reported to the authorities.

    12. You are responsible for safeguarding your property when at the Event and the Promoter will have no liability for property that is lost, stolen or damaged when at the Event except due to the negligence of the Promoter. All items left with stewards before entry into the Event are left at your or your guest’s risk.
    13. Animals are not permitted at the Event. Due to the low temperature of the Event, noise, lights and crowding, this regrettably includes assistance dogs.
    14.  If you or your guests have any specific access requirements, please contact us before booking, to ensure that we can accommodate your requirements.
    15. When purchasing alcohol, if you or your guests appear to be under the age of 25, you may be asked for proof of age.
    16. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to serve you or your guests alcohol if, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, it believes that you or your guests are intoxicated or likely to become intoxicated if it serves you or your guests further alcoholic beverages.
    17. It is not the intention of the Promoter or related parties to use this Event in any way to encourage excessive consumption of alcohol. Please drink alcohol responsibly. See www.drinkaware.co.uk for the facts.
    18. You must leave the Event quietly in consideration of neighbours.
    19. In case of emergency please follow instructions and directions from Event stewards, staff and security.
    20. You and your guests are required to observe and comply with all rules and regulations shown on notices at the Event and to comply with all instructions given to you by Event stewards, staff and security.
    21. CCTV and film cameras may be present at and around the Event, this includes filming by the police or security staff carried out for the security of visitors, and filming and/or photography by the Promoter and event organisers. By making a booking and/or attending the Event you give your express consent, and you shall procure the consent of your guests, to all such filming and to your actual or simulated likeness being included within any film, photograph, audio and/or audio visual recording, all rights in which will be owned by the Promoter, the organiser or the relevant third party. You also agree that any such footage may be used by the Promotor or the organiser in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world, including (with the exception of CCTV or security footage) for commercial purposes, without payment or compensation to you.
    22. It is your responsibility to check the website for the venue, Event or ticket agent for news of any cancellation, postponement or alteration of the Event. Information on such matters will be made available on behalf of the Promotor as soon as reasonably practicable on the Coors Light Facebook page. You are advised that the Facebook page cannot always be updated immediately and that circumstances giving rise to cancellation or alterations can sometimes arise immediately prior to the Event.
    23. In the event of exceptional circumstances outside it’s reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Event or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
    24. Entrants to the event agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and the event organisers, to the maximum extent permitted by law, against any loss, liability, cost, expense or claim made by entrants of the Event against the Promoter or the event organisers for matters relating to this Event.
    25. This Event, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants to the Event irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Event.

    DJ Quest Les Arcs T&Cs

    These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions.  All entrants and their Guest  will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

    1. Promoter and Data Controller: Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Limited, 137 High Street, Burton Upon Trent, DE14 1JZ; www.molsoncoors.com
    2. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) who are 25 years or over excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. Any person who looks under the age of 25 years will not be allowed to be filmed, this is to comply with the law and relevant alcohol Codes of Practice. 
    3. Promotional Period: The Opening Date is 25th August 00:00 2016 and the Closing Date for receipt of entries is midnight on 4th September 2016 (Manchester Ice Cave opening dates).

      Any entries received before the opening date/time or after the final closing time/date will not be accepted by the Promoter.

    4. Entry Instructions: You must be 25 years or over and have played at Manchester Ice Cave [as a Coors UK Light Winner] between the dates of 25th August 2016 / 4thSeptember 2016. 3 Winners will be selected based on their performance at the Ice Cave Manchester by Mixmag, with their set being classed as their entry.

      Any performance considered unsuitable, offensive or copied or part thereof (measured by quality and quantity) will be disqualified immediately. This must be the participants own work. Entrants warrant that their minimix submission does not infringe any third party Intellectual Property rights.

    5. No purchase necessary.
    6. Internet access required.
    7. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or inaudible due to technical reasons or otherwise.
    8. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.  Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. For the avoidance of doubt participants cannot enter the Promotion on someone else’s behalf.
    9. Winners Selection: A judging panel of mixmag employee(s) (who are independent of the Promoter) will judge the performances at the Ice Cave Manchester on the following criteria:
      1. Have their own sound
      2. Genuine depth of knowledge and passion for that sound
      3. Presence and crowd acknowledgement 

        Winners will be notified via email within 30 days of the Promotion Close Date.  In the event that no performances meet the minimum standard of this competition we reserve the right not to award the prize or part thereof. 

    10. The Prize:
      • 1 of 3 x prizes for you to play at the Coors Light Ice Cave in Les Arcs, France between in March 2017; with the ability to bring up to 2 friends (“Guest”).
      • Coors Light will confirm number of guests each winner can bring prior to the event.

        The Prize includes return air tickets to European Ice Cave in  Les Arcs in French Alps, 2 nights, 3* hotel, European transfers, full board playing 1 night at European Ice Cave in Les Arcs, France. Inclusive of travel insurance (not covering pre-existing medical conditions). Excluded UK transfers. 

        Prize winners also play at 1x mixmag live event between November 2016 – February 2017. Night to be decided by mixmag based on genre of music and relevance. Dates subject to change. 

      • The Prize does not include expenses associated with the Promotion unless otherwise stated.

        Winners agree to Tweet or Instagram their experience and tag @coorslightuk or use #IceCaveRave. Any person who is under 25 or appears to look 25 must not appear in any photo.

        The winners agree to feature in unpaid filming throughout the trip. Winners agree to feature in a reality show style film produced by Coors Light and mixmag.

    11. Winner Notification: The 3 winners will be contacted via email within 30 days of the Close Date and will be given full details of how to redeem their Prize. The winner may be required to sign a participation agreement in order to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize for any reason, or does not agree to the participation agreement, then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and reallocate the prize with no liability.

    13. Entrants agree that any personal information provided by them will be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents for the purpose of the Promotion and for any other purpose which is expressly consented to and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
    14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible performances.
    15. Performances that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or entrants found to be abusing the Promotion in any way will have their performance disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entrant details, including age, before awarding the Prize.
    16. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
    17. The decisions of the Promoter are final in all promotional matters.
    18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notifications or prizes or for any malfunctions, errors or viruses in the software that has been designed to maintain the entrants’ details, or for any incompatibility with all, or any, hardware and/or software that entrants may use. The Promoter does not guarantee that the website will be available all the time or at any specific time. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.
    19. The prize is the item stated only. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances outside its control.
    20. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
    21. The Promoter monitors all entrant’s responses to this Promotion during the Promotional Period and any posts/responses which are, or could be regarded, as being disrespectful towards other members of the Twitter/Facebook community or which contain anything which is likely to, or could cause offence or distress will render that participants entry disqualified. Compliance will be judged on the context, medium, audience, and prevailing standards.  The Promoter reserves the right to remove any answers in breach of this term with immediate effect, at its sole discretion.
    22. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the name and county of the winners on their Facebook/Twitter/website pages.
    23. For a list of the winners’ names and counties please write to the Promoter within 3 months of the Closing Date enclosing a self-addressed envelope, please mark for the attention of Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Limited, 137 High Street, Burton on Trent, DE14 1JZ. Available for 3 months following the Closing Date.
    24. Entrants agree that the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury through negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
    25. By entering the Promotion, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these Terms and Conditions. The winners shall procure their Guest’s agreement to these Terms and Conditions directly with the Promoter and indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoter, to the maximum extent permitted by law, against any loss, liability, cost, expense or claim made by the winner’s Guests against the Promoter. 
    26. By participating in the Promotion the entrants herby grant the Promoter, the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to be photographed and videoed. Furthermore the participant assigns the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, re-use, publish, re-publish, publicly display, perform, transmit, exhibit, and reproduce by name, country of origin any statements, photographs, or other visual representations or likeness, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other material, including without limitation, text, photographs, or images, in any medium including, but not limited to the internet and other electronic media, and for any purposes, including but not limited to advertising, publicity, promotion, and trade, throughout the world without restriction as to manner, frequency, or duration of usage or any other purpose whatsoever in connection with the sale and marketing of the Promoter's products. The Promoter will not use any imagery in marketing or otherwise of entrants who are under the age of 25 or appear to look under the age.

    28. This Promotion, these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or this Promotion/ Prize Draw. 
     

Coors Light Ibiza competition prize draw T&C's

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/ claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions. All entrants and any applicable guests will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. This prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to GB residents (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 years or over excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, employees of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion. Internet access is required to enter the promotion. Stock subject to availability in participating outlets.
  2. The Prize Draw opens on 17th July 2017 (“Opening Date”)  and all entries must be received by on 31st August 2017 (“Closing Date”).   In these Terms and Conditions, the period between the Opening Date and the Closing Date is referred to as the “Promotional Period”. Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
  3. Entrants must have internet access and a valid Twitter or Instagram account to enter.
  4. Entrants must ensure that the Twitter or Instagram account that they use to enter remains active and valid until administration of the Prize Draw.
  5. To enter the Prize Draw, Entrants must during the Promotional Period:
    1. Purchase 1 (one) x pint of Coors Light from participating Oak Tree & O’Neill’s Mitchells & Butlers Plc outlets;
    2. Take a photo of the purchased pint of Coors Light;
    3. Log into their Twitter or Instagram account, and then: Post the photo on their Instagram or Twitter account with the hastag #COORSLIGHTIBIZA or #COORSIBIZAONEILLS during the Promotional Period.  Qualifying entries must have a visible and active Instagram or Twitter name.
  6. Maximum of 1 (one) entry per person. Multiple social media accounts may not be used by the same entrant to enter the Prize Draw more than once.
  7. There are 2 (two) prizes available.
  8. Each prize consists of 7 nights in Ibiza from 17th-24th September 2017. Each prize is valid for 2 people (winner and 1 guest aged 18+) and includes return economy flights from the Midlands to Ibiza,  private airport transfers within Ibiza, 7 nights stay at the Sol House Ibiza Hotel, including breakfast (based on a double/ twin occupancy), £1000 spending money in total,  tickets to the Beautiful People Boat Party on 19th September, the Cream Ibiza Amnesia Closing Party on 21st September, and the Glitterbx Closing Party on 22nd September. Winners and their guests must hold a valid passport. This prize excludes UK transfers to and from the airport, UK internal flights, other meals, room service, drinks, additional spending money and all other costs, expenses or ancillary costs associated with the promotion are not included unless otherwise expressly stated.
  9. Those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries.
  10. The Prize Draw will take place on 1st September 2017 (“Draw Date”), a total of 2 (two) winners will be selected at random from all valid Prize Draw entries received by the Closing date, via a secure, independently verified computer system. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected. Any entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be removed.
  11. The winners will be notified directly via their Instagram and/or Twitter post if they have won and will be given instructions on how to claim their prize within 7 (seven) days of the Closing Date of the Prize Draw. Only entries made during the Promotional Period will be eligible.
  12. The Prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance. If the winner is unable to be contacted within 7 (seven) days from the Draw Date or if the Prize is unclaimed or declined within 7 (seven) days from the Draw Date, the Prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted, entitlement will be lost, and a supplementary winner may be drawn at random at the Promoter’s discretion. Entrants that have not won a Prize will not receive notification that they have not won.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award or withdraw Prize entitlement and disqualify or refuse further participation in the Prize Draw, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect any Entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent conduct of any kind (including without limitation, manipulating the Prize Draw, choice of winner or any entry).  The Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any Entrant, entry or person if it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  14. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Prize Draw, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  15. The prizes are the items stated only. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative or any other prize.
  16. In the event that the Prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  17. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry/ competition retweets/emails etc. that fail to be included for whatsoever reason.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for age, address and identity details (which winners must provide within 7 (seven) days of the request) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
  19. By entering the Prize Draw, the winner agrees that the Promoter has the right to publish the name and county of the winner or to publicise any prize-giving presentation after the date of the Prize Draw.
  20. The name and county of the winner and the name of the independent observer will be available to anyone requesting this information by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Mitchells & Butlers Plc, 27 Fleet Street, Birmingham, B3 1JP after 6th September 2017, available for a period of three (3) months.
  21. Winners and where applicable their guests agree to participate in reasonable unpaid publicity as specified by the Promoter. We reserve the right to use the winners name and county and publish those on www.coorslight.co.uk and the Coors Light UK Facebook and Twitter pages
  22. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to appear in any additional promotional activity that may be published on the website or social channels of Coors Light UK. The Promoter can accept no responsibility for refusal of entry made at the Event at the discretion of the event managers.
  23. All Entrants to the Prize Draw will be deemed to have accepted and be bound to these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. The winner shall procure their guest’s agreement to these Terms and Conditions directly with the Promoter and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter to the maximum extent permitted by law, against any loss, liability, cost, expense or claim made by the winner’s guest against the Promoter.
  24. Entrants agree that the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies, accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained  in connection with the Promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury through negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
  25. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or Instagram. By entering, Entrants acknowledge that Twitter and Instagram bear no responsibility for this Prize Draw and Entrants fully and completely release Twitter and Instagram from any liability whatsoever arising out of the Prize Draw.
  26. It is not the intention of this Promotion in any way to encourage people to consume excessive amounts of alcohol. Coors Light adheres to the drinkaware.co.uk campaign.
  27. With the exception of death or personal injury arising out of the Promoter’s negligence or the negligence of its employees, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, all liability whatsoever on the part of the Promoter for any costs, expenses, losses, damages, liabilities, injury or disappointment including any loss of profits, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings and whether special, direct, indirect, consequential, suffered by the Entrant howsoever arising in connection with the promotion are excluded.
  28. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion and prizes) without the individual’s prior consent.
  29. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
