      COMPETITION RULES

      1. Age and residency restrictions

        Competitions are only open to individuals who are aged 18 years or over and who are resident in the UK. By entering the competition you confirm that you meet these entry criteria.

      2. Staff and connected persons restrictions

        Employees and other staff working for Molson Coors (UK) and their agents, families and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are excluded from entering.

      3. Entry restrictions and ownership

        Unless specifically stated, only one entry per household per competition is permitted. All entries and all rights in them shall be the property of Molson Coors (UK) absolutely. Entries will not be returned unless stated otherwise for the particular competition. Proof of eligibility to enter the competition may be required.

      4. Competition registration

        We may require you to register in order to enter a competition. Entrants who provide inaccurate details may be disqualified.

      5. Required purchases

        Unless specifically stated, no purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

      6. Unacceptable entries

        Fraudulent, illegible, multiple or incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified and Molson Coors (UK) will have no responsibility for entries that are not received before the competition deadline specified.

      7. Assessment of skill

        The judges decision in determining winning entries in all competitions shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

      8. Prizes

        Prizes are allocated randomly from correct entries received unless stated otherwise for the particular competition. Prizes are expected to be as stated but if any prize is unavailable, Molson Coors (UK) may provide an equivalent prize of at least equivalent value. No cash alternative will be given unless expressly stated otherwise for the particular competition. Molson Coors (UK) has no liability for the quality of prizes provided by third parties.

      9. Notification of winners

        Winners will be notified by phone or email after the closing date of the competition and will be informed of how and when to claim their prizes. A list of winners can be obtained from Molson Coors (UK).

      10. Publicity

        Competition entrants agree to their name, region and photographs being used in publicity materials in any media (including on Molson Coors (UK) websites and those of any competition partners) anywhere in the world.

      11. Law

        All competitions are operated under the laws of England and Wales. Molson Coors (UK) does not accept responsibility for compliance with the laws of any other country and gives no assurances that prizes are lawful or appropriate in any other country and will have no liability for such.

      12. Withdrawal of competition

        Molson Coors (UK) reserves the right to withdraw, alter or suspend any competition for legal or technical reasons without any liability. Molson Coors (UK) will notify withdrawal or suspension of a competition by posting notice to that effect on the website as soon as reasonably possible.

      These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

      Eligibility:

      1. Promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over except for employees and their immediate families the Promoter, its agents or its affiliates, or anyone else professionally associated with this Promotion.

      2. Internet access is required to enter the promotion.

      3. Stock subject to availability of promotional packs in participating stores whilst stocks last.

      Promotional Period:

      4. Promotion period for Adventure prizes: Start date 01/08/15. Closing date is 23:59 inclusive on 31/12/15. Promotional period for mop up draw: Start date 01/08/15. Closing date is 23:59 inclusive on 30/06/16.

      5. How to enter:

      1. Purchase of 1 x Promotional pack of Coors Light is necessary.
      2. Enter unique code (URN) printed on the inside of promotional packs at www.coorslight.co.uk/subzero for a chance to win. URN’s can only be used once.
      3. Entrants will be told instantly if they have entered a winning URN and will be given instructions on how to claim their chosen prize. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR PACKAGING AND PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR VERIFICATION
      4. Only entries made during the promotional period will be eligible
      5. Strictly 2 entries per person per day, using different URN’s. Verified by email address.
      6. Strictly 1 x prize per person for the duration of the promotion.
      7. Max 2 prizes per household for the duration of the promotion.
      8. Entries will be validated by mobile number and email address. System checks will be run to check compliance with this condition and any entrants attempting to circumvent this will be disqualified and not counted.
      9. WINNERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW THEIR WINNING URN AND PACKAGING TO CLAIM THE PRIZE

      6. The mandatory details requested to enter this promotion are full name, email address and telephone number. Further details will be requested if a winning URN is entered in order to complete prize fulfilment.

      7. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries.

      Winner Selection and Notification:

      8. Prizes have been pre-allocated and linked to unique codes, which have been randomly pre-selected via a secure, independently verified computer system.

      9. 3 attempts will be made to contact the draw winner via phone and/or email using the details submitted at the point of entry. In the event that there is no response from the Winner is received within 28 days from the Promoters last attempt to make contact the Promoter reserves the right to issue the prize to an alternative winner. If the Winner is unable to take up the prize for whatever reason, and that prize will be forfeited.

      14. Mop up draw prize is 1 x Tier 2 prize from the list stated above in point 13 as chosen by the winner. Subject to availability.

      15. All prize packages listed are valid until April 2016. Where after alternative packages may be offered.

      16. All prizes are validuntil April 2016.

      17. Prizes cannot be taken between Christmas Eve and New Years Day, Easter weekend, or any period, which includes a Bank Holiday.

      18. Prizes available are the items stated only. All other costs or expenses relating to the prize (including, but not limited to, for example, transport to and from London) are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.

      19. All bookings will be made via Protravel (www.promorati.com)and restrictions apply on dates of travel.

      20. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued and the tickets will be deemed to have been used. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.

      21. The promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of this promotion, or cancel it without notice due to circumstances outside of its control.

      22. Winners must provide all required details for them and their nominated companion for travel, as specified when contacted by the Promoter.

      23. The winners and guests are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports (valid for at least six months from departure date of travel) & any other visas or other documentation required.

      General:

      1. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered in whole or in part, except in circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value and/or through another travel provider.
      2. The experience provider reserves the right to refuse admission should the winner and/or guests breach any rules and regulations of the venue and or the experience provider. The venue and or the experience provider may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of guests.
      3. The fulfilment and management of prizes will be carried out in whole by Protravel, acting on our behalf.
      4. The Promoter and its agencies are not responsible if any contact and address details are entered incorrectly which may effect fulfillment of the prizes.  
      5. The winners may be requested to participate in publicity connected with the promotion without further notice. However, if the winner is under 25 yrs old or is deemed to look under the age of 25 the winner cannot be used in photographic publicity connected with the promotion but their name and county will be used.
      6. Incomplete or incorrect entries and entries not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid. Sending an email or receipt of an email is not proof of entry. 
      7. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any entries that fail to be included whatsoever. The Promoter or its agencies are not responsible for messages that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage. 
      8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which entrants must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
      9. A list of winner’s full names and counties can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the below address within 3 months of the closing date.
      10. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. The Promoter will use all personal information submitted solely for the administration of the promotion, and for any other purpose the entrant has consented to.
      11. The Promoter shall, to the extent permitted by law, not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by entrants or prize winners relating to this promotion. Notwithstanding this, nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud. All participants must obey all instructions given when taking part in any of the prizes.
      12. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
      13. By entering all contestants hereby fully, unconditionally and irrevocably release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) and all of its affil­iates, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, members, sponsors, successors and assigns from and against any claims (known or unknown), demands, causes of action, judgments, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses that may arise out of my par­ticipation as a prize winner of this prize draw.
      14. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
      15. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

    Coors Light - T&Cs for Rise Festival 2015 Ticket Competition

    1. Only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, who are fans of Coors Light UK on Facebook.
    2. To take part in the competition, participants must comment underneath the specified Facebook post with a comment of which artist in the Rise Festival line up they most want to see perform.
    3. The prize draw excludes Molson Coors employees, their families, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
    4. No purchase necessary. The competition will be open from Monday 19th October at 1500hrs until Friday 13th November 1200hrs (the “Promotion Period”)

    UK Ice Cave T&Cs

    1. Maximum number of places per booking is 8 and only one booking may be made per person. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings we have reasonable cause to believe to have been made in excess of this maximum number or otherwise in breach of these terms.

    3. Booking confirmations and issued wristbands have no monetary value and must not be exchanged for cash.

            (iii) climbing on the building structure
            (iv) throwing any objects or substances
            (v) smoking.
    13. You are responsible for safeguarding your property when at the Coors Light Ice Cave events and Coors Light will have no liability for property that is lost, stolen or damaged when at the Coors Light Ice Cave event. All items left with stewards before entry into the Coors Light Ice Cave are left at your own risk.
    14. Animals are not permitted at the event. Due to the low temperature of the Coors Light Ice Cave, this regrettably includes assistance dogs.
    15. No smoking is permitted within the Coors Light Ice Cave event.
    16. If you have any specific access requirements, please contact us before booking, to ensure that we can accommodate your requirements.
    17. When purchasing alcohol, if you appear to be under the age of 25, you may be asked for proof of age.
    18. We reserve the right to refuse to serve you alcohol if, in our reasonable opinion, we believe that you are intoxicated or likely to become intoxicated if we serve you further alcoholic beverages.

CCTV and film cameras may be present at and around the Coors Light Ice Cave events, this includes filming by the police or security staff carried out for the security of visitors, and filming and/or photography by Coors Light and event organisers. By making a booking and/or attending the Coors Light Ice Cave events you give your express consent to all such filming and to your actual or simulated likeness being included within any film, photograph, audio and/or audio visual recording, all rights in which will be owned by the Promoter, the organiser or the relevant third party. You also agree that any such footage may be used by the Promotor or the organiser in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world, including (with the exception of CCTV or security footage) for commercial purposes, without payment or compensation to you.
    24. It is your responsibility to check the website for the venue, Event or ticket agent for news of any cancellation, postponement or alteration of the Event. Information on such matters will be made available on behalf of the Promotor as soon as reasonably practicable on the Coors Light Facebook page. The winner will be selected in a random draw, conducted by an independent promotional verification service, from all valid entries within 7 days of the Mop up Draw Closing Date. Attendance on the trip is subject to the winners providing a valid passport, a signed waver form and their own personal travel insurance for the duration of the prize suitable for winter sports. These circumstances include (but are not limited to) the winner missing their flight or flights being cancelled.   1. The prize draw is open  to residents aged 18 or over who reside in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales)  (the "Entrant") excluding employees and past employees of Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Limited, their families, agents or anyone materially connected to the administration of the prize draw.
  2. The prize draw is open at 09.00am (BST) on 29 August 2016 and closes at 23.59pm (BST) on 6 October 2016 (the "Promotional Period").
  3. To enter the weekly prize draw you must purchase one (1) pint of Coors Light. Take a photo of your pint and post it on either Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #ICECAVERAVE.

  4. Eight (8) individual winners will be selected to win a party in an ice cave (the "Event") for them and up to three (3) guests (the "Participants") which will be held on a weekend during March 2017 in Les Arcs, France (the "Venue") (the "Main Prize").
  5. A prize draw will take place each Wednesday during the Promotional Period and two (2) Main Prize winners will be selected each week on the 7 September, 14 September and 21 September and only one (1) Main Prize winner will be selected on the 28 September and 7 October 2016. Each prize draw will be supervised by an independent observer and winners will be drawn at random using a random number generator from all valid entries.
  6. The Main Prize consists of return economy tickets from London to Lyon for four (4) people international airport transfers by coach to and from Les Arcs Mercure Hotel, two (2) nights hotel accommodation at the Les Arcs Mercure Hotel for four (4) people, activity transfers, a planned schedule of activities (this will be confirmed and provided in detail on confirmation of the prize) and limited food and drink (in accordance with point 7).
  7. Food and drink will be provided on the following days:

    2. 2nd day: breakfast lunch and dinner included;
    3. 3rd day: breakfast included; and
    4. A limited number of alcoholic drink vouchers will be supplied.
  8. The date of the Event will be at the discretion of the Promoter and is non-negotiable. If you are unable to attend on the Event date the Promoter has the right to issue the prize to an alternative winner.

The Participants are responsible for all other costs and expenses relating to the prize (including, but not limited to UK transfers to and from the airport, UK internal flights, all meals and drinks (unless expressly stated under point 7 above), room service, laundry charges, additional activities, incidentals, internet access, local taxes, energy surcharges, gratuities, service charges, any charges made against the hotel room, passports, visas, spending money and all other costs, expenses or ancillary costs), are the responsibility of the Participants unless expressly stated otherwise.
  11. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  12. A planned schedule of activity will be provided for the Participants.  Any concerns regarding the planned activities or participation in these activities should be discussed upon receipt of the prize.
  13. There are four hundred (400) runner up prizes to be won each week. Each runner up prize consists of 2000 album downloads to the value of £15.  Albums can be downloaded to both Apple and Android devices via iTunes or Amazon.
  14. Only the winners will be notified in writing within seven (7) days after each prize draw takes place. Winners will be contacted via their Instagram and/or Twitter post and will be provided with instructions on how to claim their prize and for Main Prize winners how to make travel arrangements. Winners must be able to receive messages from non-followers of their social media channels to be able to receive their winner notification.

  15. In the event that there is no response from the winner within 28 days from the notification date, the Promoter reserves the right to issue the prize to an alternative winner. If the winner is unable to take up the prize for whatever reason, that prize will be forfeited.
  16. Flights are subject to the airlines condition of carriage.
  17. Flight changes and cancellations are subject to fees and terms and conditions.
  18. It is the Participants responsibility to ensure that they have requisite visas, vaccinations, valid documentation (including but not limited to valid passports and visas), which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the Participants.

If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any Entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent conduct of any kind the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.   23. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination or as part of the prize.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.     • Coors Light will confirm number of guests each winner can bring prior to the event.

      The Prize includes return air tickets to European Ice Cave in  Les Arcs in French Alps, 2 nights, 3* hotel, European transfers, full board playing 1 night at European Ice Cave in Les Arcs, France.   11. Winner Notification: The 3 winners will be contacted via email within 30 days of the Close Date and will be given full details of how to redeem their Prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize for any reason, or does not agree to the participation agreement, then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and reallocate the prize with no liability.
